第32県目の小ネタ☆
今回は、群馬県のキュウリの浅漬けおむすび✨✨
キュウリの生産量全国1位の群馬県!
乱切りにしたキュウリを浅漬けにして、おむすびに入れました✨
アレンジで鷹の爪も少々入れたのがピリッと最高でした!
トトロを見た後食べたくなること間違いなし♪今回は実家が農家の友人からキュウリををいただき、実現しました✨

■材料(おむすび2個分)
・ごはん 150g
・キュウリ 2切れ
・鷹の爪・塩ひとつまみ
■作り方
①キュウリを乱切りにする 塩ひとつまみとタカノツメを入れて混ぜて、一晩冷蔵庫で置く
②ごはんをおにぎりの型に入れる
③キュウリの浅漬けをおにぎりの中に入れて握れば出来上がり!

32nd Small Topic this week is Kyuri-no-aszuke omusubi ✨✨ Gunma Prefecture is the largest producer of cucumber in Japan . I put the random cut and lightly pickled cucumber in omusubi. ✨ Adding Takanotsume (chili pepper) was the excellent choice. You would surely miss this taste after watching the movie of “Totoro”. I could make this omusubi as a friend of mine who’s parents have a farm sent me the fresh cucumber. ✨ I hope you would enjoy it.😊
[ Ingredient of 2 omusubi ]
– 150g cooked rice
– Two random cuts of cucumber
– Takanotsume
– Little salt
1. cut cucumber randomly, mix them with little salt and Takanotsume and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Put rice in omusubi shape.
3. Put Kyuri-no-asazuke in the center of rice ball and fold it.
